Pacific Grove Retreat Associ-

On motion it was decided to hold
at the Grove a Midsummer Chris-
tian Conference similar to the one
held last year. H.B. Heacock was
made a committee to arrange the pro-
gramme and time of meeting and
announce the same.

The resignation of J.W.H. Campbill
as a member of the board was ac-
cepted on motion and his place in
the board declared vacant

The code of regulations adopted at a
a previous meeting and published were
reconsidered and passed upon seriatim.
Instead of the rules concerning the erec-
tion and care of stables on the grounds
the following was adopted [viz]
The erection or keeping of stables within
the grounds embraced in the original
survey of the Pacific Grove Retreat
is hereby prohibited except at such
