Also that we shall at all times seek [toso] manage
our great interest & responsibility that in his enforce-
ment of our regulations he may find the best inter-
ests of this Institution, and the welfare of patrons &
promoters advanced.

After some miscellaneous discussion the follow-
ing directors were elected for the ensuing year
