The vigilance of the P.I.Co. in maintaining
good order is commendable. The action of the
Town Trustees in passing & enforcing such an
excellent SUnday Law is worthy of high com-
mendation. I suggest the extension of the
area for business privileges as requested by Messrs
Williamson & [Winston?].

The continued good feeling of the P.I.Co. toward our
work is very cheering.

Since our last meeting Dr. M.C. Briggs one
of our [?] has passed to his reward,
& a suitable minute should be [?]
concerning him.

The following action was taken:
Whereas Mess. H.E. Williamson &
[Winston] have made a written request to
the P.I. Co. to extend the area for business
purposes, which the Co has recommended &
we believe to be just and advantageous to all
concerned therefore Resolved.
That we recommend that Lots 11, 13, 15
and 16, in Block 4, Original Survey of Pacific
Grove, be added to the business [privileged] portion
for business only on Light House Road, Subject
to distance conditions imposed upon previous
business property.

was passed unanimously.
