the death of Rev. J.B. Hopkins, a long time member
of the Association was reported and on motion. Thos-
Tilbeu E.R. Dille and Henry Treuce were ap-
pointed a committee to preface a suitable Min-
ute for Entry on the records.

On motion, the Secretary was instructed to count
the ballot for Rev. WW. Case to fill the vacancy
occassioned by the death of trustee Hopkins.

The Annual election resulted in the choice
of the following other directors for the ensuing year.
George Clefford. Henry French. Jso Bryant. W.B. Prud-
dy. A. L. Kellogg. Geo. D. Kellogg. H.E. Williamson.
E.R. Dille Jercoheteiy. H. B. Heacock.

Mrs. A.K. Smith made application to the Board to
reopen the question considered by the Board in 1901, con-
cerning the establishment of a Shell Store on six teaudle[?]
lt on her property. On motion by unanimous
votee the Board declined to reopen the matter, and reaf-
firmed its former position.

E.E. Aires presented a request to be permit-
ted to have a billiard table in connection with his cigar
business on Forest Avenue. On motion of W.B Prud-
dy, seconded by H.E. Williamson, the request was unan-
imously declined on the ground of the association of the
request with the Cigar business.

P. H. Wagner present a request for carrying on box
ball game in the Grove during the season of 1903.

On motion it was ordered that all matters per-
taining to amusements + recreation be referred to a
Committee composed of the Superintendent. B. A. Eardley.
