Annual Report of secretary

Brethren

The last annual meeting was held
during my absence and the minutes of the same
kept by Brother French have been recorded.

A Special meeting was held in San Francisco
Dec. 18, 1903 at which very little business
was transacted. In view of the Changed Con-
ditions of the [Groae?] since the Early times it was
deemed wise to readjust out By Laws.

In order to accomplish this Messrs French,
Clifford + Heacock were appointed a Committee to
certify the cause. Thos. Felber was requested to
act with the Committee.

As yet no meeting of the Committee has been
held, it must be well to take their upon
this meeting of time permit as a Committee
of the whole.

Bro. James A. Whiting, one of our meembers
passed away since your annual meeting
leaving a vacancy on the Board which
must be filed by the Election of a layman.
