A meeting of the Executive Committee of the
Pacific Grove Retreat Association was held
at 1041 Market Street San Francisco, on
Wednesday, January 13th 1886.

An application for permission to practice
his profession as Physician was presented
from Mrs Dr Rowe.
[margin]Permission granted to Mrs. Dr. Rowe to practice, as a Physician.[/margin]

The application was considered and
permission granted, subject to such reg-
ulations as are now in force or shall
hereafter be passed by the Association.

On motion the Committee then adjourned.
