Pacific Grove California January 2, 1906
Pursuant to call George Clifford Henry French & H. B. Heacock met in the office of the P. I. Co. at 8 P.M.
The object of the meeting was to consider the request of W. H. Hill for permission to place his steam Laundry on the Corner of Light House Avenue & 12 St.
The reason assigned was that he had been required to remove from his present location on Laurel & Forest Avenues. Mr. Hill was heard & questioned closely as to manner of conducting his Laundry & the attitude of the nearby residents.
After Careful Consideration he was granted permission on the following conditions and the Secretary was instructed to notify him of the Said action.
Conditions. First. That all steam and other refuse shall be carried away from the building underground, and nothing offensive shall be seen or [allowed].?
Second. That there is no objection on the part of the people who live adjacent to the same, to having the Laundry located there. After Considering other matters but no action being taken the Committee adjourned.

The Executive Committee consisting of Henry French, George Clifford J.F. Forderer, W.W. Care and HB Heacock. [met?] & organized by [E??y].
Henry French President and HB. Heacock secretary George Clifford & H.B. Heacock were appointed a Committee to confer with the P.I. Co. and City Trustees on matters of special interest as to permits & report to the Trustees by Correspondence soon as practicable.
On motion adjourned HB. Heacock secretary
