This is a very large region. There is there a type of
people without sense or good judgment whom King Alexander
confined to that place, and they are called Gog and
Magog. They eat raw flesh, whether of men or women
or beasts, as people do who are insane or possessed by
demons. This India that I am telling you about has
fourteen regions, each of which has many people
and trees that are so high that they reach the clouds.
There may be found horned people who are only
about three feet high. They go about
in large groups, and they often fight
