also other types of people who commit themselves to
doing many things, whereas others cannot and would not
know how to, because they are not suited to it by nature. For one
person aspires to high estate and great riches, while others
are content with a lesser rank. One can often see it happen
that a man achieves that which he had aspired to achieve, while
others do not know how to get there; rather, everything
turns against them so that they can scarcely achieve those
things which they want to bring or lead to a good end. And some
men do many things, while others do not know how to or cannot.
Because there is such diversity among people, in their various
ways of acting and in their desires, one cannot find in
any country of the world two men who perfectly resemble each other,
however much one might seek for them. For they will
differ in their bodies, or limbs, or understanding, or visage,
