Henry Moore Teller (1830-1914) was a U.S. Senator from Colorado, serving from 1876 until 1909 with the exception of three years (1882-1885) when he was appointed U.S. Secretary of the Interior by President Chester Alan Arthur. Teller was a Senator for the entire tenure of Leland Stanford in the Senate.
