I tell you how my hus-
band & I have always
held Mr Stanford up
as our model of all
that was good and manly.
I do not think one
man ever left a record
of so much charity, real
charity as he has. We
feel at least that none
was like him and 1½ yrs ago
when God gave us a
son we took the
liberty of calling him Leland
for him, of course you
would never have known
this, but I think per-
haps it may bring a
