I have inspected Mrs Stanfords house and furniture with the view of considering the purposes for which it might be used which would have to be considered in fixing the rental.

As a private residence I should say $1,200 per annum. As a boarding house or family hotel $1,500 for the

first year with prospects of 1800 for the secon [sic] or third years.

As a Sanitarium about the same rents as for boarding or family Hotel, the renter to keep the grounds in order.

The property should rent for more than the prices named, yet I can but think that inducements will have to be offered to influence a prospective renter.
