Dear Madam,
Having occasionally learned that
you belong to the happy markets
who possess more of the goods of
this world than she have use
for themselves, and also that you
unlike many other wealthy people
make an extensive charitable
use of your abundant wealth,
which encourages me to submit
the following matter to your kind
consideration.

working for the welfare of
humanity, but after an illness
of 3 years from which I am
glad to say, I am now recovered
