Dear Mme Sandfort, [sic]

We seen your generousity and wealth published in the paper and I see that the money is so plentiful on one side and so scarce on another.

We have a family of nine, five children going to school and the wages are so small that we can hardly get along.

The winters are so cold here that mother can hardly
