The only solution of the difficulty is
a partial endownment = a funded
sum the interest only to be used from
year to year.
If we had a fund of eight or ten
thousand dollars the yearly interest
to supplement what we can raise
here what an enlarged and wonderful
work we coulddo - a man could be
located and kept sentinally at work.
The people here are generally intelligent
and progressive and could enjoy
and appreciate the ministrations of a
man of experience and ability.
Many county churches have been
provided with partial endowment
in this part of Ohio by people of means
but no one has gone out from us of
sufficient means to warrant
us in even expecting anything for
the mother church I'm blessing us
