I know you will sympathize with a woman in distress. I have been very unfortunate these last few years. Constant sewing on the machine and being on all night--Telephone operator for three years, have completely destroyed my nevous system

On the 3th, of May Dr. E.P.Lowe operated on me for a female complaint, I flooded for two months, and it was necessary to undergo a sergical operation to save my life. I cannot sew on the machine any more I am far from being strong and the doctor came to me faithfully in all the hot weather. I live over a mile from a street car but the doctor never neglected his duty towards me, and it is this debt that I would like to pay and would ask of you some light work to do such as writting, or may be you could suggest some-thing, Please do not throw this in the waistbasket, this is the first time I have asked a favor of anyone, if I was only strong and well enough to stand on my feet any length of time I would try for a clerkship in a store but I am not. You have no idea how it feels to be so helplessly weak as I am. Hoping this will reach you and you will give it your kind consideration, I
