In fact with the greatest surprise for
the long delay the parcel reached me and
I wish you would claim damages for the delay.

I am so pleased to have noted your
approval & your satisfaction for the
idea so well caried out & the effect will
be splendid when performed in mosaic.

I have sent you 5 photographs represent-
ing Rome Egypt Cypress { painting ?}
architecture which I have sent today
via Geneva. In the photo you cannot
see the frame with the inscription as
it could not be read, but each picture has
its frame & name of subject
