My dear Mrs Stanford:--
How much of joy and gladness you scatter in the pathway of others, like flowers! how much of genial fellowship and glad interchange you promote and encourage! The beautiful occasion of yesterday, will forever remain in my mind, and in the minds of all who enjoyed it, like the

I pray for you and your dear ones, every time I pray for myself and darling Hattie - that is many times every day.
The Life Invisible comes nearer every hour. I feel the breath of that fair Land. It soothes and strengthens me for my daily tasks. I have not had a vacation of more than one week at a time since 1875 - that is 17 years. But I feel the strength that God gives, if we lay hold on Him.
"They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength" that promise is true.
On Wednesday next I am going to the First Commencement Exercises of the Leland Stanford Jr University. We may not see him who will be most deeply interested of all those who are there - but he will be there. So will you be there; so will Governor Stanford. Oh! if only we would remember, that all there is of us, is Spirit. When we really get hold of this great flaming fact, then we shall feel the "Powers of the World to Come" more than we now do. I have had wonderful visions - blessed revelations from the dear Lord. He is not far from every one of us. My lesson to-day had in it the fact of Angel Ministrations--I was very much lifted up and inspired in
the unfolding of the doctrine. With a heart full of grateful affection, I am always yours - Sarah B Cooper

My Beloved Friend:-

Unseen become more distinct every day. The Unseen is indeed the Real. I know you feel this. Our loved ones are with us every day - they help us, they love us, they guide us, for God permits them to minister to us.
Most Sincerely & Affectionately Yours,
Sarah B Cooper
Hattie sends her love to you.

My dear Mrs Stanford:--
I wish to tell you that Dr. Gunsaulus, and my old Class mates, Mr. Armour and Mr. Head, were delighted with Palo Alto, and its wonderful work. It was a revelation to them all. I am glad they saw it, in all its liveliness, strength and excellence.
How are you, my beloved friend? Is the Invisible, in all its glory,
