another little grand son
and they call him Ulysses.

My little California grand-
son Chapman (The little
fellow whose picture you
so kindly and generously had
painted for me, and for
which I now thank you
ever so much.) has just
written me a letter of
thanks for his first trousers
which I sent him lately.
