that your precious life may long be spared
to carry out the plans that you and
your noble Husband have studied
and worked over for so many years - for
the uplifting of humanity - surely there
are hundreds and thousands to arise and
call you blessed -

The life of that darling Son
could never have accomplished half
the good that his going up higher
has done - surely God works in a
mysterious way - and what is so dark
to us here will be all bright and
clear to us here after -
