Doubtless you will
think strange to receive a letter

and saw a letter here that you had
written to Marinda inquiring
about me so I thought I would
write you a few lines.

Dear Cousin I know how to
simphasize with you in this your
hour of trouble in loseing a near
Companion may the good Lord
bless you & be near you we have
got to say O Lord thy will be
done

to see you my home is in Richfield
