most simply. The doctor says
that I am in no condition
to travel far, consequently
we have given up all thoughts
of going to Europe or even East
though if I were much better in
the Fall we might go to New York
for the benefit of the complete
change. The Summer we expect
to spend somewhere in the mountains
around here, - possibly at a
sanitarium that has been recom=
mended on Mount San Jacinto.

I wrote to you when you were
in New York and think you had left
before the letter got there.

Louise joins me in the best of
wishes for your health and happiness,
and I beg to remain
