treatment of a Bakersfield doctor, although it was probably our dear Lords will that he should be taken.

Leland is such a great blessing to us, he is so wholesome, good natured and jolly, that we take real solid comfort with him. He is truly a little sun beam in our house and I do thank our dear Father so much for giving him to us. He is beginning to say a few words, stands by a chair and has six teeth, he is eleven months old today. I am so glad I named him Leland. I love the name more and more. Having to the best of my ability and very conscientiously represented,

Very Respectfully
