Antonio bonds, which are also 5%; and the Austin & Northwestern
Ry. Co., which are also 5%; and it is from these three latter sets
of bonds that I shall probably make a selection in settlement
of the remaining 300 bonds.

Of course I shall use the utmost caution in making this
exchange of bonds with the R.R.Co. and will act under the advice
of my counsel in the matter.
