cat at his feet [ praying ?] for the birds. I think the piece is called [Jealousy ?] I am not positive as to the title of the piece. If this piece should be offered low, you would oblige us by purchasing. Its cost, as named by the Commission was entirely too high.

We are now thinking we may possibly run over to Philadelphia for one day during the next week, but it is doubtful
