In answer to your
second letter in regard to
admitting visitors to the
Museum free, I am firmly
of the opinion that a small
privilege in time would be
abused, and there would
be no discipline, order or
restriction after a few
years of such freedom.

I am sure you will
fully understand that I
have excellent good reasons.
