This interview, made the [--15th--] day of June, in the
year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred, Between Jane Lathrop
Stanford, of the County of San Clara, State of California the
party of the first part, and Thomas Seale of the County of Santa
Clara, State of California, the party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideratiom of the sum of one dollar to her in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does by these
