NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE OF
AND CESSATION OF LABOR.

TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.

That Jane L. Stanford as Owner of a certain ditch and con-
crete tunnel situated on the Palo Alto Farm, in Santa Clara County.
The contract for the building of the said ditch and tunnel and
the labor and material for the same.

The contract for said work was filed in the Office of the
Recorders Office of the County of Santa Clara, State of Cal.
on the 29th day of September 1900 in which C. A. Warren
is named as contractor, and J. G. McMillan as Engineer and
Superintendent.

Notice is hereby given that the said work is completed and
accepted, and that all labor on the same has ceased.

Dated at San Jose, this 7th day of Dec. 1900.
