Notice is hereby given by Jane L. Stanford, by her Attorney in fact,
the owner of the property hereinafter described:
That the Stonemason's work and Brickmason's work of the
Natural Sciences Building, at Leland Stanford Junior University, Palo
Alto, Santa Clara County, California
the contract for doing which was heretofore let to The McGilway Stone Company
and which contract was filed for record in the Recorder's office of the
County of Santa Clara California on the ------ day of
------------1900, and which said building is situated on said property,
was actually completed on the fifteenth day of June, 1901, and
accepted by the undersigned on said day.
That the title of the undersigned to said property is that of Surviving founder.
That the property hereinbefore referred to, and on which said building
is situated, is more particularly described as follows:
in the grounds of said University above named in the County
of Santa Clara, State of California

presents to be executed by her Attorney in fact on this
