To Whom it May Concern:

Notice is hereby given by Jane L. Stanford, by her Attorney in fact,
the owner of the property hereinafter described:

(1) That the setting of the steel roof trusses and other steel work
of the Natural Sciences Building at Leland Stanford, Junior, Uni-
versity, Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, [California
the contract for doing which was heretofore let to E. F. Jones
and which contract was filed for record in the Recorder's office of the
County of Santa Clara on the ___ day of
___, 1900, and which said building is situated on said property,
was actually completed on the seventeenth day of June 1901 and
accepted by the undersigned on said day. By Chas G Lathrop

That the title of the undersigned said property is that of (2)
Jane L. Stanford as surviving
Founder of the Leland Stanford Junior University.

That the property hereinbefore referred to, and on which said building
is situated, is
in the grounds of said University above named in the county
of Santa Clara, State of California.

In witness whereof the said Jane L. Stanford has caused these
presents to be executed by her Attorney-in-fact on this seventeenth
day of June 1901.
