That she is the Surviving Founder of the Leland Stanford
Junior University and in that capacity and for and on behalf of
the Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University the owners
of the property described and referred to in the foregoing notice
she makes this affidavit: that she has read said notice and knows
the contents thereof and that the same is true of her own knowledge.
