Pacific Company's right-of-way.

That the aforesaid strip of land is conveyed unto the said
party of the second part for road purposes, and it is hereby
reserved unto the said party of the first part her heirs or assigns
forever the free and undisturbed use of the said strip of land for road purposes.

Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any ways appertaining.
To have and to hold all and singular the said premises,
together with the appurtenanes, unto the said party of the
second part, and to his heirs and assigns forever.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has
hereunto set her hand the day and year first above written.
