TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE is hereby given by the Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University, the owner of the property hereinafter described, THAT all the Carpentry Work of the Three One story Buildings adjoining the Geological & Mechanical Eng'rg Buildings of the Outer Quadrangle at the Leland Stanford Junior University, the contract for doing which was heretofore let to William Thompson, and which contract was filed for record in the Recorder's office of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, on the 17th day of February 1904, and which buildings are [--is--] on the property herein described was actually completed on the 22nd day of December 1904, and accepted by the undersigned to said property is that of the Owner in fee simple.
That the said buildings referred to [--is--] [insert: are] situated on the Palo Alto Farm, upon a lot of land on the Campus or grounds of the Leland Stanford Junior University, near Pao Alto, in the County of Santa Clara, State of California.

CHARLES G. LATHROP, being duly sworn, says that he is one of the Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University, also the Treasurer and Manager for said Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University, owner of the property described in and referred to in the foregoing notice; and that he has read said notion, and knows the contents thereof and that the same is true of his own knowledge; this he makes the affidavit on behalf of such Owner.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE is hereby given by the Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University, the owner of the property hereinafter described, THAT all the Stonework and Brickwork on the Geological Laboratory and connecting arcades of the Outer Quadrangle at the Leland Stanford Junior University, the contract for doing which was heretofore let to the J. McGilvray Stone Company, and which contract was filed for record in the Recorder's Office of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, on the 14th day of August 1902 and which building [?] is situated on the property herein described, was actually completed on the 4th day of April 1904, and accepted by the undersigned on said day.
That Jane Lathrop Stanford, as Surviving Founder of the Leland Stanford Junior University and the undersigned as owner, entered into the above mentioned contract and caused the same to be carried out; that the title of the undersigned to said property is that of Owner in fee simple, and that the said Jane Lathrop Stanford has heretofore resigned and relinquished her [cut off?]
