TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE is hereby given by the Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University, the owner of the property hereinafter described, THAT all the Shelving in the Basement of the Science Building at the Leland Stanford Junior University, the contract for doing which was heretofore let to E. A. Hettinger, and which contract was filed for record in the Recorder's Office of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, on the 28th day of April 1903, and which building is situated on the property herein described, was actually completed on the 15th day of October 1903, and accepted by the undersigned on said day.

That Jane Lathrop Stanford, as Surviving Founder of the Leland Stanford Junior University and the undersigned as Owner entered into the above mentioned contract and caused the same to be carried out; that the title of the undersigned to said property is that of Owner in fee simple, and that the said Jane Lathrop Stanford has heretofore resigned and relinquished her

CHARLES G. LATHROP, being duly sworn, says that he is one of the Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University, also the Treasurer and Manager for said Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University, owner of the property described in and referred to in the foregoing notice; that he has read said notice, and known the contents thereof, and that the same is true of his own knowledge; that he makes this affidavit on behalf of such Owner.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Notice is hereby given by Board of Library Trustees of Palo Alto, the owner of the property hereinafter described: (1) That they do hereby accept as complete the Library building, the contract for doing which was heretofore let to Leon S. Bean and which contract was filed for record in the Recorder's office of the County of Santa Clara, on the 13th day of October, 1903, and which building is situated on said property, was actually completed on the 28th day of October 1904, and accepted by us on said day.

That the title to said property is that of (2) ownership of the municipality of Palo Alto, Santa Clara Co., California.

That the property hereinbefore referred to, and on which said building is situated, is more particulary described as follows: Subdivision numbered (52) (53) (54) (55) of block numbered (11) of said town as laid down and delineated upon the certain map entitled, Wm H Hart's subdivision of block number (11) University Park now known as Palo Alto, Santa Clara Co, California.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE is hereby given by the Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University, the owner of the property hereinafter described, THAT the contract for all the tile roofs on the two story Geological Laboratory Building, the three one story buildings adjoining with connecting arcades at the Leland Stanford Junior University, the contract for doing which was heretofore let to Gladding McBean & Co., and which contract was filed for record in the Recorder's office of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, on the Tenth day of October 1903, and which buildings are situated on the property herein described, was actually completed on the Twenty-nineth day of August 1904, and accepted by the undersigned on said day.

That the title of the undersigned to said property is that of Owner in fee simple.

That the said buildings referred to are situated on the Palo Alto Farm, upon a lot of land on the Campus or grounds of the Leland Stanford Junior University, near Palo Alto, in the County of Santa Clara, State of California being the South-west corner building of the Guter Quadrangle, the three one story Buildings adjoining and the arcade at rear of Church.

That the said work was also accepted by Chas. E. Hodges the Architect referred to in said contract, on said Twenty-nineth day of August 1904, said contract being hereby referred to and made a part hereof.

This Notice is intended to be the Notice of Completion contemplated by Section 1187 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the State of California.
