accompany him in attendance on the funeral services of the
late Mrs. Stanford; and

Resolved, That these resolutions be incorporated in the
minutes of the Faculty and that a copy be sent to the late
Mrs. Stanford's brother, Mr. Charles Gaylord Lathrop, and that
a copy be forwarded to President David Starr Jordan of the
Leland Stanford Junior University.
