Mutual Savings Bank Bldg., San Francisco. Cal.
Dear Sir:
Your letter to Mr. Chas. G. Lathrop regarding re-
presentation of your society at the funeral services of Mrs.
Stanford has been referred to me. In reply I wish to say
that a small delegation, say of four persons, will be assigned
seats in the Memorial Church. It will be necessary for you,
however, to send me the names and official positions of your
delegates as soon as possible. At the same time will you
instruct these gentlemen to report their presence on the
Campus in the Inner Quadrangle at Room 55 just East of the
Church before 1 o'clock on the day of the funeral. There
they will be met and escorted to their reservations.
Very truly yours,
Chairman of Committee.
