Dear Sir:
Your note to President Jordan regarding possible
attendance of your mother and father at the funeral services
of Mrs. Stanford in Memorial Church, has been referred to me.
In reply I wish to say that it will not be possible for us to
reserve seats in these cases. The pressure upon the seating
capacity of the Church makes it imperative that we should
adhere rigidly to these uncomfortable restrictions.
