My dear Dr Branner,
At a special meeting held today the Regents adopted resolutions in regard to Mrs Stanford's death, of which a copy will be sent to you next Monday, and voted to attend in a body the funeral services.

Our Charter Day exercises come next Thursday, the twenty-third. I hope there is no conflict in the dates. If you will be so kind as to inform me as to the hour, day, and place, I shall be greatly obliged.
