To All Whom It May Concern:
That Mrs. Jane L. Stanford as owner
of that certain Building or Structure situated on that certain lot of land in the
County of Santa Clara, State of California, and more particularly
as the Library & Assembly Hall located on
the grounds of the Leland Stanford
Jr. University (said building being connected with
the present buildings on said University grounds)

eight hundred and ninety-nine, before me SW Charles
a Notary Public in and for said Santa Clara County, residing therein, duly
commissioned and sworn, personally appeared Jane L. Stanford
described in, whose name is subcribed to, and
who executed the within instrument, and she acknowledged to me that she
executed the same.
