take possession of Roble Hall as soon as possible. Your salary will be seventy dollars ($70.00) a month. From this you will be expected to pay Miss Gardner fifteen dollars ($15.00) a month for board and five dollars ($5.00) a month for your room, which leaves fifty dollars ($50.00) for your self.
