Since executing my Will dated
dated the 31st day of May 1899
kind Providence has brought
about more favorable condition
in the affairs of my estate which
enables me to will more liberally
to my legal heirs and to outside
charities which are dear to my heart.

I feel justified in making
the changes in making the
following changes in regard
in regard to my gifts to the
Legatees, and will add gifts to
charities ever dear to my heart.

As I have no debts, that can
not be liquidated immediately by
means provided for that purpose,
I desire that all the Legatees
named herein shall receive their
legacies as soon as the laws of our
State of California will allow
as it is my earnest desire there
should be no unnecessary delay.

Provisions have also been made
to pay the Legatees as soon as
