two hundred thousand, $1000
dollar bonds to be divided in
four equal parts and divided
by right of representation.

To my brother Charles G. Lathrop
of California I give and bequeath
in bonds the sum of two
hundred, two hundred thousand Bonds one thousand dollars
each being of S.P. four for acct Southern
Pacific Company of Kentucky cupon bonds
interest payable semi-annually
and principle due in 1949 - 1949.
