children of my deceased Niece
Christina L. Gunning, daughter
of David S. Lathrop I give and
bequeath the portion which would
have been given my brother Daniel
S. Lathrop had he lived - the
portion being two hundred one
thousand thousand dollars bonds ($1000) dollar bonds
to be divided in four three equal parts
and divided by right of represen-
tation.

I desire that the following
named persons should receive
from the above named S.P.Co.
of K- four per cent bonds payable semi-annually
and principle due in 1949.
