ROOF This will be of Port Orford Cedar 3/8" thick edged and
covered with canvas applied with white lead and oil.

HOODS These will be the same as roof proper.

STYLE OF EXTERIOR The cars to be duplicates in appearance to
those we have just built for you, having a
closed section in the center and an open
section on each end.

WINDOWS There will be four windows, stationary on each side of
closed section. Two Windows at each end of closed section
Three windows at each end of car in Vestibule
fronts the center one to drop into pocket.

WINDOW SASH All window sash to be of ash.

Curtains Each side window to have a roller shade pinch handle curtain.

GLASS The glass in the deck of car to be white chipped.
The three lights in each vestibule Front to be plate.
All other glass to be clear crystal sheet.

DOORS There will be a sliding door at each end of closed
section of ash with upper panel of glass.

INSIDE FINISH All inside finish to be of ash finished in the
natural wood.

SEATS The seats in open sections to be of ash with risers of
oak. They will run longitudinal and face outward.
Those in closed section to be of ash with risers of spruce
grained to resemble ash. They also run longitudinal
but face each other.

SEAT ENDS These will be of ash.
