know all men by these presents. That
we, the undersigned, do hereby sell,
transfer, assign and set over unto
the California Street Railroad Company,
all of our right, title and interest
in and to all of those certain rights,
privileges and franchises granted
unto us by Orders Number Twelve
hundred and ninety two (1292) and Thirteen
hundred and two (1302) of the Board of
Supervisors of the City and County of San
Francisco, State of California.
