Government to the credit of the Central Pacific Railroad, either
in the shape of a present Sinking Fund or for account of the
five per cent Transportation Act, and all for the part payment
of the interest due to the United States on maturity of the
United States Bonds issued under Act of July 1, 1862 on the date
of July 1, 1893.
