Dear sir Mr Durant contracted all the grading from mouth of Weber & Humboldt Wells. Brigham Young has from Weber to Monument Point.

Mr Durant Vice President &c sent me the following communication with the request I should send it to you by telegram I have done so. The following is exact copy of the original sent in my hands.
