Weber. It certainly looks now, as though they were coming west very rapidly. I hardly know what they cant do they have an enormous force soon to put west of the Weber.

I have made no contract for grading between the Weber and Monument PL except I have directed the present contractors to do the work between Monument and Promontory. I think it best to let the U.P. occupy their line and we do the same quietly with ours. But, unless Huntington has matters in better shape than I am advised, I dont much fancy doing work alongside that portion of their line that they may cover with iron in six week
