my successors in interest - should fill in this space - who would extend the sewer? We ought not to be compelled to do it - but if some one should not do it. The land where filled in. would become a foul morass.

I confess I cannot determine just where this responsibility of the sewer in all its phases should be permanently fastened -- The agreement regarding the sewer in Oak Grove Avenue is defined in my San Mateo Abstract.

I thought that if might help out the present perplexily somewhat - to know the terms of that agreement --

I think I shall have to leave it to you - to frame such an agreement as will - if possible - protect me and my successors from all damage and responsibility - in the sewer question.
