Remember to
1. deposit JFCL (255 000) & in location 3071
2. Turn off paper tape reader
3. Turn off 4706 flags in 630 for
any lines that are "running open".

Bugs still not found are fixed
1. I-O buss power signal seems shorted
2. D.P. shorted out 8 bits of I-O Buss
3. Dectapes behave erratically if at
all.
4. D.P. PI's seems confused (won't reset)

Remember: bit OFF means set PI.
